At Sage and Clare, we want you to love your artisanal homewares, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unwashed condition. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on bedding that has been used or items purchased during final sale events.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the product is protected for transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop your package off at any authorized postage location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
